TM General Construction Inc. has been a family run business since it’s start in 2009. We have managed to be involved in many projects ranging from interior and exterior painting, to dry wall repairs.
TM General has had the great opportunity to work for big time property management companies as well as General Contractors such as CTL Management Inc., Anton Development , PDF commercial property management, Israel Velasco, Evans and associates, and Lewis Property Management. We have also had the opportunity to work with home owners on brand new renovations for the interior and exterior of there homes as well.

Construction managers are a part of the building process from the very beginning, working closely with architects and engineers to go over plans and blueprints, making timetables for the project, determining material and labor costs, negotiating with and hiring subcontractors and workers, scheduling workers on site, gathering permits and making sure everything is up to code.

The role of the office staff also includes filing document and performing office machine operations. Other duties and responsibilities include stenography, word processing and typing, bookkeeping, and answering of telephones. She is expected to be knowledgeable in as many of these skills as possible.
